  • The Australian Privacy Principles – Schedule 1 of the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 requires you to read the following sections regarding how we collect your personal information

  • We may collect personal information about you when you complete our CV registration forms, complete candidate assessments, receive references about you, collect information about you from public domain sources, receive complaints from people or workplaces, results from competency or medical tests including but not limited to criminal record checks, work rights, education and background checks.

  • If you do not give us the information we require, we may be limited to providing inaccurate assessments and consequently may hinder you in your job search.
