WHAT IS A CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT?

S9 People offers a unique, differentiating recruitment strategy called Candidate Assessment.  We utilise real-life assessments scenarios to verify areas of skill and competency highlighted in your CV. Upon completing our assessment, candidates will receive an S9 certified stamp, confirming candidates are experienced professionals. This increases employability rates by demonstrating to employers your skills match their hiring needs.

WILL THIS ASSESSMENT RESULT IN A JOB?

This assessment maximises a candidates chance of employment by highlighting proven ability but does not guarantee placement in the industry. Once completing the Candidate Assessment, you will receive an S9 certified report which is recognised by our clients. This gives your application more credibility as our clients know your skills have been assessed and are up to the standard of the job description.

WHY USE S9 PEOPLE?

Since 2014 we have been informally carrying out capability assessments for various clients. S9 People is a division of Smart Nine, a hands on engineering and management organisation actively working on multiple large projects at any one time. Our assessment team includes multiple SME (Subject Matter Experts) utilising real life current experience to evaluate capability and provides an unbiased opinion on the candidates suitability.

CAN I CHOOSE THE SERVICE LEVEL I WANT?

Yes, there are multiple levels to choose from. If you are a candidate we can suggest a level we believe is most suitable for you based on your current CV.  However, if you are a recruiter or employer we recommend the higher levels of Candidate Assessment are required to verify claims within candidate CV’s.

WHAT INDUSTRY AND PROJECT SIZES ARE SUITABLE FOR ASSESSMENT?

Our services span from supporting $5 Million buildings to over $5 Billion megaprojects such as the North East Link Project. As such, the industries we cover for candidate assessment include Civil, Mining, Marine, Environmental and Financial.

IS THE PROCESS COMPLICATED?

No, simply provide S9 People a CV for initial review, select an assessment level option from our proposal form, carry out the assessment task and celebrate your proof of capability.

CAN INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES GET ASSESSED?

Yes, we encourage international skilled professionals to fill out our enquiry form. It is possible for international candidates to receive an employer-sponsored visa. To get this you must find an Australian business that cannot find an appropriate candidate locally and will sponsor your visa, as a skilled professional. The S9 People candidate assessment assists you in this process. We verify areas of skill and competency in your CV application and check your adaptability in the Australian Workforce.
